🛡️ Warranty: We provide a free replacement for any loss, theft, or damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us right away. Once production starts, refunds aren't available — since each piece is custom-made, it's non-refundable unless it arrives damaged or defective.
A couple of things worth flagging:
- There's a likely inconsistency in the seated-pose section: couple seated → "Standing Duo-Figure (14.7")" shows 14.7", but the two-people question lists the Duo-Figure as 4.7". One of those is probably a typo. Want me to standardize it? I'd guess 4.7" is correct.
- "Preserved forever" / "made to last forever" is a strong durability claim — fine for most stores, but if you're running paid ads, softer phrasing like "built for lasting durability" is safer. I used a middle-ground version above.
