Photo Guidelines

Clear, front-facing photo (required).

Half-Body (2.4"): Photo should capture the face and upper torso.

Standing Full-Body (4.7"): Photo should show the entire body, head to toe.

No blurry or obstructed faces: Make sure the face is sharp and fully visible.

Seated poses: We can create seated full-body models. Due to the material involved, seated pieces are made at 3.1" — whether it's a single person or a couple.

Additional reference photos (optional): Upload one main photo per product. Have more angles to share? Email them to us directly.

Photo quality: Low-quality images can prevent us from creating your piece — we'll reach out if anything doesn't meet the requirements.

Glasses: No problem! We'll include them in the final model.

No large accessories: For full-body models, please skip bulky items like backpacks or bags so the focus stays on the person.

Returns & Refunds

  • Refund Window: Request a refund within 2 days of ordering, before production begins.
  • Custom Products: Once production starts, refunds aren't available. Since each piece is made to order, it's non-refundable unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Important Note

Your figurine will closely resemble the photos you provide. That said, because every piece is handmade, small variations in body shape or clothing details can occur — perfection isn't guaranteed, but character always is.

Two things to flag for consistency across your pages:

  • Production time mismatch: This page says 12 business days, but your earlier FAQ said 10 business days. Worth picking one.
  • Refund window wording: Earlier you wrote "within 48 hours of placing your order"; here it's "2 days." Same meaning, but I'd standardize the phrasing so it reads intentionally.

      Can you make pet figurines?

      Absolutely! We craft custom 3D-printed pet figurines too. 📏 Size: 2.8" (a little smaller than the MemoFigurine). 🐾 Why smaller? Pets usually have larger body volumes, so they take more material and finer detailing to get right.

      Can you create a figurine of two people together?

      Yes we can! 😁

      • If two people are close together in one photo, choose the Duo-Figure (4.7").
      • We'll sculpt them as a single, seamless piece.

      Can you create seated poses?

      Yes, seated full-body poses are available.

      ✏️ Size: Because of the material involved, seated models are made at 3.1" — whether it's one person or a couple.

      🪑 How to order:

      • Single seated pose → select Standing Full-Body (4.7").
      • Couple seated pose → select Standing Duo-Figure (14.7").
      • Both are created at the 3.1" height.

      Does the model include accessories from the photo?

      A couple of things worth flagging:

      • There's a likely inconsistency in the seated-pose section: couple seated → "Standing Duo-Figure (14.7")" shows 14.7", but the two-people question lists the Duo-Figure as 4.7". One of those is probably a typo. Want me to standardize it? I'd guess 4.7" is correct.
      • "Preserved forever" / "made to last forever" is a strong durability claim — fine for most stores, but if you're running paid ads, softer phrasing like "built for lasting durability" is safer. I used a middle-ground version above.
